Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elysian platform, including client software, loader, modules, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, redeeming a license key, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Permitted use — authorized and own-use only

The Service is provided strictly for the following lawful and authorized purposes:

• Authorized testing and security research. Use against systems, software, accounts, or environments that you own or for which you have obtained explicit written authorization to test.
• Personal, own-account use. Use on accounts and games that are registered to you, for your own experimentation, learning, and private analysis.
• Defensive and educational research. Reverse engineering, malware/anti-cheat analysis, and vulnerability research conducted within the boundaries of applicable law.

Expressly prohibited

• Using the Service to gain an unfair advantage on any account, match, or service that you do not own or for which you lack authorization.
• Using the Service to cheat, sabotage, harass, or interfere with other players on their own accounts.
• Accessing, modifying, or disrupting systems, accounts, or data belonging to third parties without authorization.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service or its modules in violation of your license.
• Any use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

3. No warranty; use at your own risk

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service is undetected, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use of the Service may violate the terms of third-party software and may result in account suspension or bans. You assume all risk.

4. Account and license

Accounts and license keys are personal, non-transferable, and revocable. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is used for unauthorized access. No refunds are guaranteed except where required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elysian and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, or access arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. You are solely responsible for your use and for compliance with all applicable laws and third-party agreements.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elysian and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
